No  candidate,   who  is  al ready  employed  at   the  Inst i tute  / IRD  shal l   be  interviewed 
unless  his/her   appl icat ion  has  not   been  duly  forwarded  by  thei r   concerned 
establ ishment   sect ions.   5%  relaxat ion  of   marks  may  be  granted  to  the  SC/ST
