CGEWHO intends to appoint a Project Management Consultant for execution of its Turnkey Housing Project, Phase-II at Kharar, Greater Mohali near Sunny Enclave, Punjab consisting of approx. 656 dwelling units with approx. super area of 940000 sqft in multistory configuration.
The project shall be executed on apprx. 11 acres of land. The scope of Consultancy include supervision quality control, verification of bills, co-ordination with connected agencies with regard to project execution and approvals.
Interested firms may submit their offers in two sealed envelopes. Envelope `A’ should contain details of similar assignments completed in the last 05 years, inhand assignment, turnover for the last 05 years and the details of staff employed by the firm. Envelope `B’ should contain the Consultancy fee in the form of percentage of the construction cost of the project.
It may be noted that the estimated construction cost towards which consultancy is sought amounts to apprx.Rs.220.00 Crores. The firm shall have to deploy 1 Graduate Civil Engineer having atleast 10 years working experience and one each Graduate Engineer with 5 years experience or Diploma Engineer with 10 years experience in Civil Engg., Public health and Electrical Works.
The consultancy shall have to be provided for two years or till completion of work, whichever is later with the above manpower strength. Thereafter one Graduate Civil Engineer having atleast 10 years experience shall be deployed during one year defect liability period. Interested firms should submit the above data
