Experience Profile required in this area:	EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Min. of 18 yrs PQ executive exp.in the relevant area in a Govt/PSU or a private company, out of which 2 years exp. in pay scale of Rs. 43200 - 66000 & above or equivalent, if employed in PSUs/Govt. or in a senior responsible position with comparable pay and profile if employed in private sector. EXPERIENCE PROFILE: Should have exp. in laisoning/coordination with Concerned authorities for mutation of acquired land, demarcation etc, handling environmental issues related to land acquisition. Adequate exp.in lettings, acquisition, buying and selling of properties, negotiation skills, development of real estate/township, coordination with state officials for physical possession of land free from litigation, dealing with litigation cases, removal of encroachments & unauthorized occupants etc, proper upkeep and maintenance of Township, rent reviews and assessment, checking returns on investment, maintenance of security & safety of property are essential. Relaxation and concession to SC/ ST/ PWD/ XSM/ J&K domicile candidates is as per Govt. directive.
