Qualification
For post 1 to 3 :
A First Class Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Post 3 is reserved for ST candidate only.
For post 4 :
1. must possess a Bachelor Degree of a University recognized by Kerala Government and;
2. must possess a Diploma /Degree in Social Science from any institution recognized by Kerala Government in this behalf, or
3. LL.B. Degree (with Labour Law as elective subject) of a University recognized by Government of Kerala, and
4. has adequate knowledge of speaking, reading and writing in Malayalam.
Experience for Post 4 :
Two years working experience as a Welfare Officer in a reputed firm having 250 employees.
Age
Not more than 35 years as on 01.07.2011. Usual relaxation will be allowed to SC/ST and other backward classes as per Government guidelines.
Training period for posts 1 to 3 : 1 year.
Stipend during training period for posts 1 to 3 : Rs. 12,000/- per month
On successful completion of training, the Executive Trainees will be absorbed as Senior Engineers in the Managerial Cadre on probation for one year in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 13610-380-16650-450-20700. The Welfare Officer will be absorbed directly on probation for one year in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 12250-340-13610-380-16650-450-19800. In addition to the above, the selected candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, P.F, Gratuity, Medical and other benefits as per Company’s rules.
Bond
Selected Executive Trainees will have to execute a Bond to serve the Company for a minimum period of 5 years after successful completion of training.
Selection will be on the basis of written test and interview.
