RECRUITMENT OF DEPUTY MANAGER (Mktg./ Fin. & A/c’s) /
ASSISTANT MANAGER (Mktg./ HRD/ Legal) & ACCOUNTS OFFICER
The Corporation having its Head Office in Navi Mumbai and branch offices all
over India invites applications for filling up following vacancies in the following categories :-
1. Dy. Manager (Mktg./ Fin. & A/c’s) – Group A – 2 post (Out of which one post is reserved for
Physically Handicap-VH category). If a suitable candidate under PH (VH) category is not
available the Corporation will consider the application of PH (HH) or PH (OH) category
candidates also for inter-se-exchange of vacancy. If no candidate of PH category i.e HH, VH,
OH is available, the Corporation can consider filling of the post reserved for physically handicap
by a person other than disability.
Pay Scale - Rs.24900-50500 (IDA)
Qualification:- Candidate should be graduate from a recognized university and two year full time
MBA/ MMS/ PGDBM or equivalent in Mktg./ Agri. Business from a recognized University/
Institute with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
OR
The candidate should have passed final examination of CA/ICWA.
Experience:- Should have post qualification experience of 4 years in any reputed organization.
Experience in a Public Sector Undertaking will be given preference.
Age:- Age not exceeding 40 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH
candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
2. Assistant Manager (Mktg.)- Group B - 6 Post.
Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification:- Graduate from a recognized university and two years full time MBA/ MMS /
PGDBM or equivalent in Mktg./ Agri. Business from a recognized university/ institute with
minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
Experience:- Post qualification experience of minimum of 2 years in marketing department of
any reputed organization.
Age:- Age not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH
candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
3. Assistant Manager (HRD) - Group B - 1 Post.
Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification:- Graduate from a recognized university and two years full time MBA/ MMS/
PGDBM or equivalent with HRD as one of the specialization subject (but not as minor) with
minimum 55 % marks in aggregate.
Experience:- Post qualification experience of minimum of 2 years in HRD department of any
reputed organization.
Age:- Age not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH
candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
4. Assistant Manager (Legal) - Group B - 1 Post.
Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification:- LLB (3 years) OR 5 year integrated Law course with minimum 55 % marks in
aggregate.
Experience:- Post qualification experience of minimum of 2 years in Legal department of any
reputed organization.
Age:- Age not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH
candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
5. Accounts Officer – Group B – 3 post (Out of which one post is reserved for PH (HH)
category candidate). If a suitable candidate under PH (HH) category is not available the
Corporation will consider the application of PH (VH) or PH (OH) category candidates also for
inter-se-exchange of vacancy. If no candidate of PH category i.e HH, VH, OH category is
available, the Corporation can consider filling of the post reserved for physically handicap by a
person other than disability.

Qualification:- The candidate should have passed final examination of CA/ICWA
Experience:- Post qualification experience of minimum of 1 year in finance/ accounts
department of any reputed organization.
Age:- Not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH
candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
NOTE:
(i). Reservation: For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH will be as per Government of India’s
guidelines/directives.
(ii). Change in Job-Profile and Posting: The candidate can be posted in any of the offices
in India. The Management also reserves its right to change the job-profile of the candidate at
its discretion at any time.
(iii). Those who have passed two years full time MBA/MMS/PGDBM or equivalent in Mktg./
Agri. Business/ HR should submit documentary evidence, alongwith the application, from the
Institute/ University that they have specialization in the relevant branch. Wherever grade points
are awarded, a certificate of equivalent percentage of marks certified by the Institute/
University will have to be attached with the application. Interested candidates may send their

Candidates working in Government/Semi Government/Public Sector Undertaking shouldsend their application through proper channel/ should enclose NOC from the present employer.
I Class/ II A.C. to and fro railway fare from shortest route will be reimbursed to the eligible
candidates who will be attending the interview, on giving proof of journey. The Corporation
