A recruitment for the following posts, will be held in North Eastern Police
Academy, Umsaw, Umaim, Meghalaya.

Note –
(1) Staff Nurse -
(i) Pay Scale – Pay in the Pay Band PB – 2 Rs.9300-34800+4600/- (GP)
(ii) Age limit – (a) 18 to 25 years ( relaxable upto 35 years for Government Servants
in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.)
(b) Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the date of Interview.
(iii) Educational Qualification – (a) Essential – (i) Matriculate or equivalent (ii)
Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery of a recognized Institution.
(b) Desirable – B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized University or equivalent and
having experience in serving in some Hospital in same capacity.
(2) Nursing Orderly –
(i) Pay Scale – Pay in the Pay Band PB – 1 Rs.5,200-20,200+1800/- (GP)
(ii) Age limit – (a) 18 to 25 years ( relaxable upto 35 years for Government Servants
in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.)
(b) Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the date of Interview.
(iii) Educational Qualification – (a) Essential – (i) Class VIII pass
(b) Desirable – Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent, with at
least 2 years experience in any Medical institution / Hospital.
Candidates are directed to report on 27thSeptember,2011 in the Office of The
Director, North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw, District – Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya,
Pin-793 123.
Candidates must fill in and bring their Application Form, along with attested
copies of their certificates etc. in Administrative Building of NEPA, on the date of
Interview.
