FACULTY RECRUITMENT
Applications in the prescribed format along with registration fee of Rs.750/- (Rs.375/- for SC & ST
candidates) are invited from the eligible candidates having requisite qualifications and VCI
Registration (for Veterinary faculty posts) for the 108 fresh vacant posts of Assistant Professor
(Vety. Sc. Faculty-97, Dairy Sc. Faculty-7, Fishery Sc. Faculty-4) and 52 Backlog vacancies
(Vety.Sc.-46, Dairy Sc.2, Fishery Sc.4) (UGC RPS 2006) in the respective faculties of Sri
Venkateswara Veterinary University.
Earlier notification Advt.No.1/RC/2009, dated 03-02-2009 is treated as cancelled. Those who
applied to the above notification need to apply afresh.

The University reserves the right not to fill all or any of the vacancies notified.
The filled in application form together with Registration Fee by way of crossed Demand Draft only
drawn in favour of The Comptroller, SVVU, Tirupati on any Nationalized Bank payable at Tirupati
(Cheques and cash are not accepted) should be submitted in person or sent by Registered Post so
as to reach THE REGISTRAR, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Administrative Office,
Dr.Y.S.R. Bhavan, TIRUPATI - 517 502 on or before 24-8-2011 by 4.30 p.m.
