Fundraising Officer (Digital)
Location: New DelhiDuration 364 DaysClosing Date: 15th August 2011
Purpose of the post:
Under the general supervision of the Deputy Representative, Operations, Resource Mobilisation Manager and direct supervision of the Fundraising Specialist, develop and implement digital fundraising strategies, focusing mainly on acquiring monthly pledge donors and engaging existing donors and supporters, to raise funds locally in order to support implementation of country approved program in general, and determined programme activities in particular.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Contribute to formulation of digital strategy and its implementation to achieve targets – by raising funds through acquiring new pledge donors.
2. Develop and implement strategy to increase retention and non-financial engagement of existing donors and supporters using digital medium.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationship with digital agency for smooth implementation of the strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze results to maximize return on investment.
5. Support formulation of overall India Country Office fund raising strategies and plans

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising.
• At least one to two years of relevant, practical, professional work experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in digital marketing.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
