.SCALE OF PAY:- Rs.51,550-123"0-58.930-1380-63,0701- with usual D.A. and other allowances as admissible from time to time.The period of probation shall be for two years which may be extended by
such period not exceeding a further period of two years by the appointing authority on the recommendation of the High Court.Every application submitted directly to the High Court shall be accompanied by a Bank draft of Rs. 250/- in favour of the Registrar(Administration), Orissa High Court, Cuttack payable at S.B.l. Cuttack (MainBranch). The fees paid in connection with the application will not be refunded in
any case.
A candidate must submit true copies of the following documents duly
attest~d by a Gazetted Officerwith application. .
.(1) Matriculation! H.S.C.E. or equivalent Certificate in support oftheir age.
(2 +3 Examination Certificate
(3) - Bachelor's Degree in Law"
(4) Certificate from the concerned District Judge of the district showing the
period of his/her practice at Bar, issued within a period of 3 (three) months
prior to 24.09.2011 i.e. the last date of the receipt of the application.
-(5) . Three passport -size· recent photographs signed by the candidate on
its face.
(6) -.Origina1 Bank Draft amounting to Rs.250!-:
(7)Character Certificates from two Gazetted Officers.
(8) Two self-addressed envelopes with stamp for correspondence by Speed
Post / Registered Post. .
(9) Certificate from the competent authority in proof of passing Oriya of Middle
