Experience Profile : 12-14 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Responsible to lead the Coal Handling team of the Plant and execute best operation and maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedure and regulations. Must have experience of working at a leading position in O&M of a Coal Handling Plant of not less than 100MW and keeping the Coal Plant running in a safe, stable, continuous manner and in compliance with all operational and EHS procedure and regulations. Experience in guiding the team in spare parts planning, inventory control and planning for overhauling, renovation and Modernization works, execution of reliability centered maintenance practices and administration of Maintenance Management system, performing a variety of administrative duties as well as responsible for EHS and other relevant compliances. Responsible for development of subordinate employees and succession planning, budget preparation, formulating strategy for excellence in O&M and cost reduction and plant operatioon in a safe and healthy environment.
