Project Vacancies

 

1.	Applications on plain paper along with biodata and attested copies of all certificates are invited for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (1 no.) and Lab. Assistant (1 No.) in the DBT funded project entitled“Functional Characterization of an endosperm specific promoter p1028 from common buckwheat and transfer of Bwleg1 gene coding for the  buckwheat 26 kDa lysine rich seed storage protein to rice for nutritional enhancement of its grain proteins”under DBT’s twinning programme for NER.
2.	Applications on plain paper are invited for the post of JRF and Field Assistant in DBT funded Research Project entitled "Characterization of Rhizobia associated with native and wild legumes of Northeast India with special emphasis on Meghalaya".
3.	A walk-in interview will be held in the office chamber of the Head, Department of Botany for filling up of temporary positions (Technical Assistant, Lab/Field Assistant & STA) against various projects on14th December, 2011 at 3.30 PM.
