The project site known as Tenughat Thermal Power Station (TTPS) is located at villageLalpania in Dist‐Bokaro. The project is situated on the bank of Tenughat reservoir. Thenearest railway station is Gomia which is at a distance of 20 KM approx. and the nearestairport is Ranchi which is at a distance of approx. 100 KM by road. The project site atLalpania has a well developed colony with essential facilities like school, hospital, bank, postoffice, marketing complex etc.
