IIT GANDHINAGAR REQUIRES JRF/JULY 2011

Applications are invited for a Department of Biotechnology, Government of India sponsored project
entitled,

Reprogramming Cellular Networks in Salmonella enterica to design novel vaccines,
at IIT Gandhinagar.
Name of the Post:    Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Consolidated Monthly Salary:  Rs. 16,000/- + Medical as per Institute rules .
Qualifications:    MSc/M.Tech. in Microbiology/Bioinformatics or related fields .

Expectations:  Candidates should have excellent academic performance, and

practical experience  in microbiology techniques. In addition,
knowledge of bioinformatics (programming in perl) would be
preferred but is not essential.

Duration:  1 year (Extendable by a year on satisfactory performance).
