Walk in interviews for Appointment of two part time professional 
counselors on

contract basis

Walk-in-Interview for the appointment of two part time professional counselors  on contract basis (for a period of six months) will be held on 14.09.2011at 3.30 p.m.  Candidate should report with detailed resume along with original certificates in  the office of the Deputy Director, PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh as  per schedule.

Pay: 15,200 (consolidated) on half day basis         (same as that of  part time contractual faculty) Qualifications and experience: Minimum qualifications:    Master’s degree in Psychology Or            Master’s degree in Education (M.A. or M.Ed.) with Guidance and            Counseling as a subject Or            Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling 5 years minimum experience as professional counselor in an educational institute (may be relaxed in case of non availability of persons with the required experience) Working Hours: Two hours/ per day in office Visit on call / availability for counseling on phone in case of any emergency       (to be considered equivalent to two hours/ per day in office)

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
