Applicants having complete BIO-Data as per format up loaded on the website www.esic.mc.m along With duly
affixed recent passport size photograph, attested photocopies of testimonials and relevant documents including DMC/MC
registration may report to the office of Medical superintendent, IGESI Hospital, Jhilmil, Delhi-95 on the date of walk- ininterview at 9.00 AM. The verification of documents will be done upto 12:30 P.M. Alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.I 00/-
(Rs.25/- in case of SC/ST) drawn in favour of ESI Fund Account NO.I (no fee for woman candidate)
Candidate claiming reservation/age relaxation on ground of belonging to OBC should submit the
community certificate in Annexure A prescribed vide Govt. of India, Department of Personal and Training OM NO.
36012/22/93-ESTT.(SCT) dt. 08/09/1993 which is modified by G.O.l. DOPT OM NO. 36033/3/2004-EStt. (Res) dt.
09/03/2004 failing which the benefit of reservation/relaxation will not be given or their application shall be rejected. The
OBC Certificate should be latest not prior than Oct 2010.
