All the posts carry the Pay Band with Applicable Academic Grade Pay and other
eligibility benefits like D.A., G.P.F./ C.P.F./ N.D.C.P.S., as per norms of State Government
and University rules.
An Application Form in prescribed Performa, available on University Website:
www.spuvvn.edu/estadv/index.html should be filled in completely in Twelve Copies with
self attested copies of certificates of qualifications and experience. Only one copy of each
marksheet be attached with the first copy of the application form. All 12 (Twelve)
Application forms should be sent alongwith Demand Draft of Application form fee of
Rs.250/- (Non-refundable) in favour of “REGISTRAR, SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY,
VALLABH VIDYANAGAR”. The S.C. and S.T. category candidates need not to Pay
Application fee. Details of qualifications and job requirement available on University
website.
Separate application is required for each post, otherwise the application form will
be rejected. The last date of receipt of application by the University is 17/10/2011.
Applicants who are in service should apply through their present employers. Candidate
called for interview shall be required to appear for interview at their own cost.
Note : (1) Any additional qualifications, experience, number of papers published, honours
and other achievements gained by the candidate during the period between the
last date of application and the date of conducting the interview shall not be taken
into consideration.
(2) S.E.B.C. candidate should furnish the Current financial year's "Non Creamylayer certificate" in the prescribed Performa along with his/her application form,
failing which the candidate will not be entitled to get the benefit of reserved
category. The reservation of posts shown above is for the candidate of Gujarat
State origin only, therefore other candidates need not apply against these posts.
(3) Those candidates who Apply for the Post of Professor and Associate Professor
must be fill the A.P.I. form alongwith the Application form in One copy. A.P.I. form
available on University Website.
