One Project Fellow is urgently required for the Centre for Multidisciplinary Research (Language and
Literature) to assist multilingual project on The Awakening: Literature of the Dalits in India.
The project is to be carried out in English evaluating current trends and tendencies in Dalit literature in
various Indian languages under “UGC’s University With Potential for Excellence” scheme allotted to the
University of Mumbai.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
• Post‐Graduate Degree in Humanities at least 55% of
total marks (In case of SC/ST 50%)
• Complete knowledge of computer‐operation and the
related activities
• Knowledge of Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati
will be an additional qualification.
• Preference for research experience.
• The age should be below 40 years.
*Status of the Post‐ Temporary.
*Work‐load & Payment‐ As per UGC rules.
