(1) Director : College Development Council: 01 Post [Pay Band : Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP
10,000/-] [For a term of 5(five) yrs. subject to maximum age of 60(sixty)years.]
Minimum. Qualification: (a) Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least
55% marks or its equivalent grade. (b) Minimum. 15 yrs. experience as lecturer(Sr.
Scale)/Lecturer with 8 yrs. as Reader/Selection Grade Lecturer, including the period as
Principal of a college, along with experience in educational administration or
comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institution of Higher
Education or 15 yrs. of administrative experience of which minimum. of 8 yrs. as a Dy.
Registrar or an equivalent post.
(2) Librarian:01 Post.[Pay Band: Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP 10,000/-]
Minimum. Qualification: (a) Master’s degree in Library Science/Information
Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the
UGC seven Points scale and consistently good academic record. (b) At least 13 yrs. as a
Dy. Librarian in a University Library or 18 yrs. experience as a College Librarian. (c)
Evidence of Innovative Library Services and Organisation of Published Works.
(d)Desirable: M.Phil./Ph.D. degree in Library Science/
InformationScience/Documentation/Archives and Menuscript Keeping.
(3) Deputy Director : Directorate of Distance Education:01 Post.[Pay Band: Rs. 15,600-
39,100 + GP 7,600/-]
Minimum. Qualification:(a) Master’s degree from a recognised university with at least
55% marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7(seven) point scale. (b) Min. 9 yrs
experience as lecturer in a University/college with experience in educational
administration in AGP of Rs. 6000/- or above or 5 yrs. administrative experience as
Asstt. Registrar in equivalent post. (c) Experience as co-ordinator of distance education
study centres/course writer/course editor/programme co-ordinator/training in ODL. (d)Ph. D. in any branch of study /Degree/Post Graduate diploma in Distance Education will
be preferred.
(4) Dy. Librarian: 01 Post.[Pay Band: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP 7,600/-]
Min. Qualification: (a) Master’s degree in Library Science/Information
Science/Documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in
the UGC 7(seven) point scale and consistently good academic record. (b) 5 yrs.
experience as an Asstt. University Librarian/College Librarian. (c) Evidence of
Innovative Library Services, Published Work and Profesional Commitment,
Computerisation of Library.
(d)Desirable: M.Phil./Ph.D. degree in Library Science/Information
Science/Documentation/Archives and Menuscript Keeping/Computerisation of Library.
(5) Sports Officer (At the level of Asstt. Director of Physical Education & Sports): 01
Post [Pay Band: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP 6,000/-]
Min. Qualification:(a) A Master’s degree in Physical Education or a Master’s degree in
Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scalewherever
grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record.
(b) Record ofhaving represented the University/College at the inter-university/inter-collegiate
competitions or the state and/or national championships.
(c) Qualifying in national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
(d) Passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these regulations.
Physical fitness test norms: As per UGC, Regulations, 2010.
(6) Training and Placement Officer: 01 Post [Pay Band: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP 5,400/-]
Min. Qualification:(a) Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 55%
marks.
Desirable: Candidates should have uniformly good Academic Career.
Preference: Candidates with MBA with specialization in Human Resource.
