RECRUITMENT - DY. GENERAL MANAGER (F&A)
Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Co. Ltd. invites applications for the post of
Dy. General Manager (F&A) to be posted in C.S. Power Distribution Co. Ltd:-

1/ QUALIFICATION :- CA/ICWA
2/ EXPERIENCE :- Post qualification experience of 10 years out of which at least
5 years should be in Accounts / Finance department of a reputed organization.
3/ PAY SCALE :- Rs. 32150-1250(13)-48400-1550(10)-63900/- + Allowances
(Total emoluments shall be approximately Rs.64224/-) Medical reimbursement, LTC
etc. will be extra.
Any eligible Indian National fulfilling criteria can apply for the post of
Dy. General Manager (F&A).
4/ AGE LIMIT (As on 01-09-2011) :- Maximum age limit will be 40 years for all
candidates. ST & Female candidates will be given age relaxation as per the Govt. of
CG rules in this regard. Including all relaxation maximum age will not be more than
5/ RESERVATION :-
(i) ST candidates of CG state domicile only will be considered for the reserved
post as per CG Govt. guidelines in this regard. ST candidates of other than
C.G. State will be treated under UR category.
(ii) No post is reserved for woman/handicapped candidates.
(iii) ST candidates of CG state are required to submit permanent caste certificate
issued by the competent authority of C.G. Govt. along with the application. The
caste verification certificate issued by the High Power Caste Scrutiny
Committee, constituted for scrutiny of caste certificates, is to be submitted at
the time of interview otherwise benefit of reservation will not be given.
6/ SELECTION PROCESS :-
i. Applications received will be scrutinized by a committee which will shortlist the
candidates to be called for interview on the basis of their experience.
ii. Selection will be on the basis of interview. Minimum 40% marks must be
obtained by the UR and 30% by the ST candidates in interview in order to be
eligible for selection to the post. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks
obtained in interview.
7/ APPOINTMENT :- Selected candidates will be appointed as Dy.G.M. (F&A) in
the time scale of Rs. 32150-1250(13)-48400-1550(10)-63900/- (Total emoluments
shall be approximately Rs. 64224/-) Medical reimbursement, LTC etc. will be extra. 8/
HOW TO APPLY :-
(i) Last date of submission: The application in the prescribed format should
reach the following Address: - "Dy. General Manager (HR)-II, CSPHCL,
Dangania, Raipur, PIN - 492 013" positively on or before 10/10/2011. The
application received by registered post or speed post will only be accepted.
Application by hand/courier/any other post will not be accepted. Envelope
should be clearly superscripted as "Application for the post of Dy. General
(ii) Application fee :
(a) Rs. 500/- for UR & ST candidates of other than C.G. State
(b) Rs. 200/- for ST candidates of Chhattisgarh State.
(c) Application fee in form of non-refundable D.D./Banker's cheque shall be in
favour of "Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur" payable at
Raipur (Chhattisgarh). The candidates should write their Name, complete
mailing address and phone number on reverse side of D.D.
(iii) Other conditions :
(a) The ST candidates of CG state are required to submit permanent caste
certificate issued by the competent authority of C.G. Govt. along with the
application. The caste verification certificate issued by the High Power
Caste Scrutiny Committee, constituted for scrutiny of caste certificate, is to
be submitted at the time of interview otherwise benefit of reservation will not
(b) Candidature of other than CG state domicile of ST category shall be
considered against UR category only.
(c) Applications received after due date shall not be considered under any
circumstances. Applications with incomplete information, unsigned, not in
prescribed format, without photograph, without requisite D.D., without copy
of qualifying examination (final year mark sheet), without experience
certificate and without permanent caste certificate (if applicable) shall be
rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained.
(d) Traveling allowance will be paid to ST candidates as per company rules.
(e) Please visit our web site "www.cseb.gov.in" regularly for updated
information regarding admit cards, date/time, roll number/list of eligible
candidates. Information in newspapers will not be published in this regard.
(f) CSPHCL will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in respect of
receipt of application form/delivery of admit card.
(g) The candidates selected and joined shall be required to give three months'
notice or three months' pay and allowances in lieu thereof if he/she resigns
the Power Company within a period of four years.
(h) The interview will be held at Raipur.
(i) CSPHCL reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancy and also to
cancel the complete process of recruitment, if required.
Note: Candidates in the service of Government / Semi-Government / PSU bodies
shall send their application through proper channel or provide NOC at the
time of interview.
