FILLING UP THE POSTS OF LAW OFFICER IN THE INDIAN COUNCIL
OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, NEW DELHI ON DEPUTATION
BASIS.


Applications are invited to fill up one post of Law Officer in the pay band of
PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.5400 (Grade Pay) on deputation basis from the
Government Departments/ Autonomous bodies / Government Undertaking having
following educational qualification and experience :-

1. LLB Degree
2. Holding analogous post OR holding post in the pay band of PB - 2
Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4600 (Grade Pay) with not less than 03 years
experience in the Law field / Law Division.


The pay of the Officers selected for deputation will be regulated in accordance
with the provisions contained in Ministry of Personnel, PG & Pension (DOPT's)
OM No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay II) dated 5.1.1994 amended from time to time. The
period of deputation shall be initially for 2 years.

Officers who are eligible and are willing to be appointed to the post of Law
Officer at ICAR Hqrs., New Delhi may please send their Bio-data in the format
given herewith alongwith their up-to-date Confidential Report Dossiers for last
five years and vigilance clearance certificates, to Shri K.N. Choudhary, Under
Secretary (Admn.), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Room No. 303,
Krishi Bhavan, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Marg, New Delhi 110114, within a period of
30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
