1. Post : General Manager  (Marketing)     Age : 50 years & above                      Post : One.
    Scale: Rs. 18500-450-23,900.

The candidate should be a graduate in Science / Pharmacy preferably with a post graduate degree in business Management / Marketing Management. He should have total experience of 16 years in Marketing Sales function in Pharmaceutical Industry out of which 10 years should be in a senior managerial position with at least one year in the next below cadre.

The incumbent will assume overall charge of Marketing division and will be responsible for all Marketing and Sales functions of a wide range of Formulations, diverse Pharma, Agriculture and Veterinary Products, with a major thrust on streamlining Institutional Sales and also improving the Trade as well as Agricultural business all over India. He will be responsible for implementing all aspects of  promotion of brands and introduction of  new products in the market.

He will oversee thirteen Branch Offices and nearly 250 Field Personnel at Various levels.

    Scale: Rs. 17500 – 400 - 22300.

The candidate should posses a degree in Science / Pharmacy with Post Graduation in Business Management / Marketing Management.  He should have relevant post qualification experience of 14 / 12 years in Marketing Sales function in Pharmaceutical Industry out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position with at least one year in the next below cadre.

The incumbent will be responsible for all Marketing and sales functions of a wide range of Formulations, diverse Pharma products. He will oversee thirteen Branch Offices and nearly 150 Field Personnel at various levels.

He should have experience of identifying and launching new products, preparing literatures, monograph, product manuals, conducting visual aids/ new product launch training programmes for field staff.   The candidate should be able to boost Institutional Sales in various states by way of various ‘Rate Contracts’ as well as drastically improve trade sale in the Pharma Sector by implementing the self financial model of PSE under Super Stockiest cum Business Associates. Candidate should be able to provide leadership in these areas. He should be able to effectively handle product complaints etc. while leading the Marketing Division (Pharma) at all India level.

The candidate should posses a degree in Science / Pharmacy with Post Graduation in Business Management / Marketing Management.  He should have relevant post qualification experience of 14 / 12 years in Agro-Vet Sales function in a Pharmaceutical Industry out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position with at least one year in the next below cadre.

The incumbent will be responsible for Marketing and sales of Agricultural and Veterinary Products by motivating and monitoring the sales field force. In case of established brands he will be responsible for promoting them through volume distributors and reach the farmers in remote places. Besides, he will be involved in promotion of brands, generation of activities, introduction of new products, impart training to field force. Follow up of field trials for agricultural products, preparation of literature along with expanding the existing filed force for agro-vet products.

4. Post: Dy.  General Manager  (Personnel )                                   Max. Age Limit – 45 years
    Scale: Rs. 17500 – 400 - 22300.

   Scale : Rs. 16,000-400-20,800.

The candidate should have basic degree in any discipline with post-graduate qualification in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resource from an institute of repute with relevant 14 / 12 years post-qualification experience out of which at least 5 years at senior managerial position with at least one year in the next below cadre. Degree in Law would be preferred. The incumbent should have adequate experience in Personnel Management/ Human Resource with adequate expertise in allied areas like Legal Matters, Conciliation, Collective Bargaining, Liaison with Statutory Authorities etc. He should be also capable of handling the functions of EDP, Training Centre, Company Security, Colony Security apart from his HR functions and activities.

Specifications may be relaxed in exceptional cases and also in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes Category, as per Government Directives.

The management reserves the right to appoint the concerned candidates on regular appointment or on contract basis depending upon the suitability of the available candidates except in case of posts mentioned at serial no. 2 & 3 which will be on contract basis.  If the appointment is made on contract basis the period of contract will be initially for two years which will be extendable to a maximum of five years depending on his/ her performance. 

In case of regular appointments, Pay Scales are due for revision w.e.f. 01.01.2007. In addition to Basic Pay, IDA, Company Offers, CCA, LTC, Conveyance, CPF, Gratuity, accommodation in residential colony, reimbursement of medical expenses, and school facility for children in colony. Higher start in Basic Pay could be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates.
                                                                                                                   
In case appointments are made on contract basis the fringe benefits such as PF contributions, Allotment of Company Residential Quarters as per eligibility, Medical Benefits as per existing Scheme, Leave facilities, Mobile Phone facility as per rules of the company.  

 No TA/DA will be admissible for joining duties. However incumbents will be entitled for TA/DA for tours undertaken for official duties of the company as applicable to the respective level of the Officer concerned.
 The incumbents will be governed by the Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules and Recruitment Rules of the company which are in vogue.
