Applications are invited from the employees of the Commission working under Regular Establishment as well as Trading Establishment fulfilling the requirements given below for 1 (one) post of Assistant Lecturer in the Pay Band (PB-I) of Rs.5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2,800/- to be filled in by General Category (UR) under Selection quota. The employees holding the next below post or Artisan under HRD Cadre or equivalent may apply for the post.
(1) Qualification/Experience :
Essential :
Graduate in Economics or Statistics or Co-operation or Sociology or Commerce or Textile Technology or Diploma in Textile Technology or in Mechanical/Chemical/Leather/Oil Soap or Electronics or Microbiology or Food & Nutrition or Entomology. AND
Experience : i) Minimum 12 years in the post of Artisan under HRD Cadre
and equivalent.
Desirable : i) Knowledge in Computer application.
ii) Experience in teaching/training.

(3) Application complete in all respects should reach the undersigned with 30 days time from the date of issue of this Circular through proper channel. In the case of North Eastern States, the minimum time limit may be 45 days from the date of issue of this Circular. Incomplete applications and those received after the prescribed date will not be considered.
(4) For counting of experience and qualifications, the last date of receipt of application as mentioned above will be the criteria.
(5) All the Directors of Industries/Programmes and State Offices and Officers In-charges of Outstation Offices are requested to bring this to the notice to the staff. While forwarding application, they may certify that the particulars furnished in the applications are correct. They may also forward to the undersigned the attested copies of certificates of Educational/Technical qualification and C.R’s for the last 5 years of the applicants and a departmental clearance certificate certifying that no Departmental Proceeding are pending/contemplated against the concerned employee.
(6) Mere fulfilling the qualifications and experience may not entitle a person to be called for interview.
