Applications on the prescribed form for the following posts are invited on regular basis:-
The prescribed application-form alongwith a copy of qualifications may be obtained from
the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) for the posts at Sr. 1 to 3 and from the Assistant Registrar
(Faculty) for the posts at Sr. No. 4 & 5 on cash payment of ` 500/- (` 125/- for SC&BC candidates of
Haryana State only) or by post by sending a demand draft of ` 550/- (` 175/- for SC & BC
candidates of Haryana State only) in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar, payable at Hisar. Request
for application-forms through registered post will be entertained upto 10.08.2011 only. The
prescribed application form alongwith a copy of qualifications for the above post can also be
downloaded from the University website for which the candidates are required to remit the cost of
application form as stated above. The UGC’s qualifications shall be applicable for teaching posts.
The candidates are required to attach attested copies of certificates (Matric onwards) with their
application form. The application form alongwith OMR form duly filled in for non-teaching posts and
the application-form for Teaching posts should reach the office of Assistant Registrar (Estt.) and
Assistant Registrar (Faculty), respectively Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar-125 001 latest by 20.08.2011.
Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date
for any reason including postal delay will not be entertained. The candidates must be eligible on the
last date for submission of application form. The University reserves the right not to fill the post(s)
advertised without assigning any reason. Those in service should send their application through
proper channel.
