PUBLIC NOTICE-RECRUITMENT
Punjab Energy Development Agency, Chandigarh invites applications from eligible candidatesfor filling up the following posts of Executives.

1. | Executive (Technical) | Total = 2 Gen. = 1 SC = 1 | Rs.10300-34800 + 3800/- | Minimum 1 st class diploma in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineering from recognized university/ institute with three (3) years experience. |
2. | Executive (IT) | 1 | Rs.10300-34800 + 3800/- | Minimum 1 st class BCA or PGDCA from a recognized university/institute with one (1) year experience |
3. | Executive (General) | 1 | Rs.10300-34800 + 3800/- | MBA from a recognized university with one (1) year experience. |
Note: 1. Punjabi pass up to Matric is essential qualification for all the posts
2. The posts carry the pay scales as mentioned under each category but the selected
candidates will be governed by the provisions Punjab Civil Services (Rationalization
of Certain Conditions of Service) Act, 2011.

4. Eligible applicants may send application in the prescribed format along with attested
copies of all the certificates by registered post only, to reach PEDA office, Chandigarh
up to 5.00 PM on 30.8.2011.
5. The selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test (90 marks) and
interview (10 marks). The date and venue of the written test will be intimated to
eligible candidates only.
